1. About DutyDojo

DutyDojo ("the App") is a family behaviour-tracking and reward-management application published by Switch IT Global Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 11001626). DutyDojo is available as a desktop app for Windows and as a web app accessible from any browser. By installing or using DutyDojo you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Licence to Use

Subject to these Terms, Switch IT Global Limited grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use DutyDojo on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial household use. You must not sublicence, sell, rent, or otherwise distribute the App or any part of it.

3. Free and Paid Tiers

DutyDojo is offered on a freemium basis. A free tier is available with core functionality. Premium features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing periods, and included features are described at the point of purchase and on our website. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy, available on request.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use DutyDojo only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party. You must not: (a) attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from the App; (b) use the App to store or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems; (d) use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in DutyDojo — including its design, code, branding, and content — are owned by or licensed to Switch IT Global Limited. Nothing in these Terms transfers any IP rights to you. The DutyDojo name and logo are trademarks of Switch IT Global Limited.

6. Data Ownership

All content you create within DutyDojo — children's profiles, behaviour records, reward data, and history — belongs to you. Switch IT Global Limited does not claim any ownership of your data. See our Privacy Policy and Data & GDPR sections for how your data is stored and processed.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Switch IT Global Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use DutyDojo. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes to the App and Terms

We may update DutyDojo and these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified within the App or by email (if provided). Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to DutyDojo if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, the licence granted to you ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time — see the Data & GDPR section for details.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the law of your country of residence.
